1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services with us.

2. Services & Booking

We provide photo booth services for events. All bookings are subject to availability, pricing, and confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries, booking services, or making payments. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion.

The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide its services as described. Any specific service obligations, performance guarantees, refunds, cancellations, rescheduling rights, and remedies are governed by the Service Agreement executed between the Company and the Client.

3. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.

All fees, deposits, and payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation terms agreed upon at booking.

4. Event Requirements & Limitations

The Client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable space for operation, including adequate power, space, and access.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, venue restrictions, equipment malfunction, or unforeseen technical issues.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies.

6. Photo & Media Usage

Photography and media are captured as part of our services.

Any use of images for marketing or promotional purposes is subject to the permissions granted through our booking agreement, opt-in forms, or other consent mechanisms. We respect requests for removal and will make reasonable efforts to honor them.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Tuxbooth LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability
